Order Processing

Please allow 1-2 Business Days to Process your order. Expect an email within 2 Business days that your order is on the way !

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs can be viewed in your shopping cart after entering the ship-to zip code. 

Local Delivery
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to
shipping" button. Local delivery is available to addresses within 6 miles of our store. 

If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for Local Delivery will be delivered within 2 Business Days. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with an approximate time for delivery of the package. 

Shipping Types

Trovesome partners with proven carriers - UPS and USPS - that offer insurance and tracking. All shipment times are shown in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow 2 Business Days for processing your order and getting it ready for Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days after shipment.
  • Ground Shipping:  1-5 business days after shipment.
  • Next Day Air: 1 business day after shipment.
  • USPS Priority: 1-3 business days after shipment.  

Shipping, Delivery, and Cutoff Times

Stated shipping and delivery dates are estimates only and can be affected by several factors, including shipping method.

Cut-off times indicate when order must be placed to begin processing on a particular day, and vary by carrier.

Please be aware of the product's expected shipment time. Please allow 2 Business Days for processing your order and getting it ready for Shipping.

Shipping Destinations

Your order can be shipped to any address (excluding PO boxes) in the contiguous United States, Alaska or Hawaii. Any states with delivery restrictions will be noted on each item’s product information page.

We currently do not ship to destinations outside of the United States.

Shipping & Order Confirmations

You will receive an email order confirmation after your order has been placed, and a second email when your order has been shipped. Tracking numbers will be provided when available.

Backordered Products

We're sorry, but we're unable to offer backorders for items that are out of stock.

If Your Product Is Damaged In Transit

  • If you notice damage while the carrier is on site, DO NOT take possession of the damaged product(s). Instead, take a picture of the damage, gather copies of the paperwork from the carrier (if possible), and refuse delivery. Next, contact Trovesome Customer Care at customercare@trovesome.com
  • If you notice damage after delivery, take pictures of the damage, and contact Trovesome Customer Care at customercare@trovesome.com. Damaged articles  must be reported within 7 days of receipt.   

Providing The Correct Delivery Address

Due to variances in tax laws from state to state, once an order has been placed, we are no longer able to alter the shipping address. Please make sure that all of your shipping information is correct before placing your order
